Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation

This six-week workshop will help you learn to slow down and to deeply relax. Yoga nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a form of guided, deep meditation.  Each session will explore a different theme to help you nourish your system and awaken to your wholeness. Open to anyone who wishes to reduce stress and restore balance.

At Breathing Time Yoga, we offer two Financial Aid programs. 

  • Needs based 50% off class fees
  • Seva Program: volunteer in exchange for classes.
Seva is the yoga of selfless service, and is personified by Hanuman, the monkey god.

The Moon Room Breathing Time Yoga is a sanctuary where people are nourished physically and spiritually. We offer affordable yoga as affordable health care. Our wide variety of classes allow students to start where they are and move in the direction of integration and health.  Our teachers individualize their classes to educate a wide variety of students, offering a personal teacher/student relationship that addresses the needs and aspirations of the students, while teaching the true meaning of yoga as a path to equanimity and grace.
