
YOGA FOR BRAND NEW BEGINNERS
Are you new to yoga? Have you ever wanted to do yoga, but didn't know where to start? Does the idea of yoga sound complicated and confusing to you? Here, at Breathing Time Yoga, we want to take the stress out of your yoga experience. Our special Beginners Classes will help lay the foundation for a strong and confident yoga practice. We suggest that you take the Yoga for Beginners 2-3 times and then move on to other classes as you advance and continue to build your foundation and learn more. Students who have had some previous experience with yoga (10 or more classes) are welcome to start at any level.
We offer 5 convenient times for you to begin yoga. Choose the time that is most convenient for you. You may also attend the class as a drop-in student for $17 per class, or attend with an open enrollment pass or our Best Rate deal.
