In your regular sessions she balances instruction with demonstration, guiding you in your practice. Through observation and dialogue she teaches the practice, postures and techniques most useful for your condition, needs and interests.

 

 

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is one of two kinds of personal yoga lessons we offer at Breathing Time Yoga. It is most beneficial for those facing physical or emotional health issues. Yoga therapy is yoga that is personally tailored to meet you where you are. It addresses your specific concerns with yoga practices that are safe, effective, and beneficial to your overall wellbeing.

 

The purpose of yoga therapy is to reduce and manage your symptoms while providing you with a calm, meditative environment where you can focus on  yourself.
